What sparked your interest in roofing?

I was drawn to this industry because we’re solving tangible problems for people. I saw how confusing the process of getting a new roof could be for homeowners, especially when insurance is involved, and realized there was an opportunity to bridge that gap by combining my construction knowledge with guidance and leadership.

Are there innovations you are excited about?

Technology has made it possible to operate at a higher level, with aerial measurements, real-time project tracking or detailed photo documentation. More importantly, the industry is evolving toward a model where contractors aren’t just builders, they’re partners in asset management helping property owners understand their risks and coverage before a loss happens.

What advice can you give to other young professionals?

Focus on substance over shortcuts. Learn your craft, understand the business side and build something that can last. This industry rewards consistency, not hype.
