In celebration of National Decorating Month, we decided to go off the beaten mall/retail store path in search of more one-of-a-kind home décor options.

What better place to do this than in the shopping district called “Chamblee’s Antique Row”? While these picks by no means showall the fabulous shops in this area, it’s a great sample of the nifty, thrifty stuff you can find for your home.

The Treasure Mart

Near the end of the Broad Street Antique Mall is a cavernously cool store called The Treasure Mart. We spied some chic designer-type women perusing the seeming acres of cute knick-knacks, collectibles and furniture. No wonder! The enormous selection is a designer’s paradise.
