Elegant Dining Room Expansion

The goal of this project was to expand and convert the current breakfast sitting area into an informal, but elegant dining room. The homeowner also wanted to update the kitchen into a gourmet kitchen. In order to do so, a large walk-in pantry, separate coat closet and an oversized laundry room were added. The existing cabinets were installed in the garage to help organize that space, and were replaced with new ones. On the outside, the homeowners put in an elegant screen porch with a stained slat wood ceiling, tile floor, gas-starting wood-burning stone fireplace and television. In addition, a formal patio with pavers and a deck were added.
