When Staton Heating & Air was founded in 1972, owner Ed Staton wanted their reputation to be one thing—commitment to quality work at a fair price. From inception, he worked to build a team of experts who could deliver exactly that and do it out of compassion for their neighbors. “We are a family-owned and operated company, we’re not corporate-controlled,” he added. “Customers feel like they are appreciated, and not just a number. In fact, when they call, they speak directly to the owners of the company. That transparency and authenticity has served us a long time, and we’ve got a lot of return customers to illustrate that.”

“We’ve earned our reputation because we treat our customers the way we would want to be treated,” he added. “We want to prove that we care about their comfort, so we communicate with our customers and know we have to earn their trust to get their future business. We get to our customers much quicker than other companies because we know how important comfort is for their families.”
Part of that level of dedication to the clientele comes from the fact that, in Staton’s words, “no one here has a job.” What that means is that many have worked for Staton for 20 years or more.
