For the project here, Pologruto worked with West Cobb homeowners wanting to optimize the view of their lush backyard and pool. The original composite deck was failing and did little to complement the beauty that already existed there.

With a budget of $150,000 and about ten weeks, Pologruto installed the No. 1 decking by YellaWood® stained with a light TWP stain, black aluminum railings that improved the views of their backyard by almost half and low- voltage LED lighting from High Point Lighting along the perimeter. Added to amenities like a hearty stone fireplace from Site One Landscaping, a 20’-wide staircase down to the stone patio and the outdoor kitchen, the family now has a showstopping space where they can entertain and enjoy…and let the view do the work.

For this $500,000 custom-build project, Decks & More really showcases their potential. From an upper-level porch to flagstone steps leading down to the lower level, the kidney-shaped, multi-level pool from Atlantis Pool & Spa,
the amazing firepit and outdoor kitchen and the perfectly tailored landscaping from Crawford Landscaping, it’s a dream project that was as much fun to build as it is for the family to enjoy it, now.

Decks & More also designs and builds sunroom additions, like this fully heated and cooled space with a beautiful Floor & Décor tile floor, beadboard ceiling with mini beams, a custom window package from Lincoln Windows and pop-color paint by Sherwin-Williams. The budget was about $175,000 in about 10 weeks with a result that gave the homeowners a relaxing and panoramic extension of their home.
