Meet Michelle Treacy, Architect and Client Representative and 2026 Rising Star
Michelle Treacy
Architect and Client Representative, Nest Planning & Construction
Michelle Treacy’s childhood afternoons were spent sewing, knitting, transforming found materials into something new and doing hands-on DIY projects with her mom. Now an architect and client representative at Nest Planning & Construction, Treacy brings that same curiosity and craftsmanship to her work, creating functional and beautiful spaces that carry a personal touch.
What do you think makes you a Rising Star?
Building or renovating a home is both a significant financial investment and an emotional journey. My priority is to educate my clients, help them build confidence in their decision and set clear expectations from the beginning. My goal is for clients to not only love the final result, but to genuinely enjoy the journey getting there.
What impact do you feel like you’ve made on this field?
Ultimately, I believe we achieve the best outcomes when we work as a community rather than in silos, and I aim to contribute to that more integrated collaborative mindset within the home improvement industry.
What would you tell other young women coming up in this industry?
Follow your curiosity. Your perspective is unique, and the way you think can bring fresh ideas and innovations that others may not see. Don’t be afraid to lean into that and explore it fully.
