Q: How do I illuminate the exterior of my home without bright lights shining inside the house?

A: The way to avoid light shining in the house is to place the lights on either side of a window or in between windows. This way, more light will be focused on the actual façade of the home. Occasionally, it will be unavoidable to have some light filter into the house. For this, we always recommend placing room-darkening shades inside.
