A: Soft wash the house every year and do routine touch up painting. We leave at least half a gallon of paint for completed jobs so customers can do touch-ups. You should also keep a soft bristle brush around to clean around windows and other areas that get moldy or dirty
fast. Treat your house like your car. Routine oil changes and wash it regularly.
