Tips to prevent siding color fading
Q. What can I do to prevent my siding color from fading?
A. I always recommend choosing a lighter color paint that’s not going to fade as much. Fading isn’t so much about the siding as it is about the paint manufacturer, and you’re always going to get fade with paint — always. Instead of picking a red, blue or green that’s going to fade a lot quicker and be more obvious, pick a color that’s not going to be as noticeable when it does fade.
