Virtual Tour of New MTI Baths Guest House, Part 1
A few weeks ago while attending a NARI Atlanta meeting, I got the chance to tour the new MTI Baths guest house outside Atlanta. MTI Baths is a Georgia-based manufacturer of tubs, sinks, shower bases and other bath products. Located near the company’s production facility and showroom in Sugar Hill, the guest house provides accommodations for visiting clients and guests of MTI, allowing them to experience the brand’s luxury bath products first hand.
The Southern farmhouse-style house features a professionally designed interior by Audrey G. Newsome Designs with a kitchen designed in collaboration with Matthew Quinn, of Atlanta’s Design Galleria Kitchen & Bath Studio, who has also done some product design for MTI.
The guest house also has some of the most diverse bath designs I have ever seen in one home. Each one features luxury bath products by MTI as well as Grohe, Cifial, Duravit and Artistic Tile. Many incorporate universal design/aging-in-place features as well as the latest bath trends.
This bathroom features not one but two bath tubs for the ultimate master suite. Shown above is the free-standing Elise tub made with engineered solid-surface material from MTI’s Boutique Collection. The design allows you to place the tub anywhere in the bathroom and makes a dramatic style statement.
Nearby is the Yume free-standing tub made with Lucite cast acrylic and equipped with air-bath and chromatherapy features for a real spa experience at home.
And that’s not all. I’ll share more photos and details about the new MTI guest house later this week. For more home inspiration, check out these Makeovers of the Month.
