Today we are continuing our virtual tour of the new MTI Baths Guest House in Sugar Hill, Ga. This next bath includes universal design and aging-in-place features, which create easy and comfortable access for people of all abilities without sacrificing style.

Pictured is MTI’s Metro tub, which is ideal for universal design/aging-in-place applications, as it features a wide forward edge that allows users to enter the tub by sitting down and swinging their legs over the side. The surface is even heated to maximize comfort. The contemporary tub surround shown offers room for storage and decorative accents below. In the foreground of the photo is a matching contemporary vanity with Petra double semi-recessed engineered solid surface sink by MTI.

The bathroom also has a shower enclosure with barrier-free shower base, folding teak shower seat and one-sided Nordic Series glass enclosure, all by MTI.
