Nope, this just a super close-up shot of a…Kohler Water Tile. We recently encountered one at the Apex Kitchen and Bath Showroom and were mesmerized by its industrial look and it's ability to turn an ordinary shower into a full body water treatment!
According to the Kohler website, the "WaterTile bodysprays lie virtually flush to the wall and can be placed almost anywhere. This square 54-nozzle configuration delivers a relaxing spray for a soothing hydrotherapy experience."
