Q & A – What is the best flooring for my kitchen and why?
A: There is no “one size fits all” answer. Many homes have wood floors that look great, but water concerns and durability can be problematic in a heavily used kitchen. Tile is very easy to keep clean and lasts forever, but may not be the best choice for someone who is on their feet a lot. Laminate and LVT/LVP are great choices for kitchens, but cannot be refinished down the road. Find the floor that has the most pros and fewest cons for your situation.
