What are some of the most common reasons for needing siding replacement?

There are multiple reasons, but it’s usually needed because the old siding was Masonite or Georgia-Pacific particleboard and is falling apart. Particleboard siding can wick up a lot of moisture and end up rotting over the years. Other times, people want to remove stucco because they’ve had problems with it.
