Inspired by her father, Mollie Stanfield’s career focuses on the fundamentals she learned from him: listen first and find solutions second, prioritize people and relationships over quick sales. It’s worked. Known for her professional integrity, proactive attitude and approachable style, she stays ahead of the game, building partnerships to stand the test of time.

What are you most proud of in your current role?

I’m proud of how connected I’ve become within the homebuilding community. I never expected, this early in my career, to have the opportunity to know and work alongside so many respected individuals. That has come from being consistent, staying present and genuinely showing up.

What impact do you feel like you’ve made on the home improvement industry?

I’ve made it a priority to encourage others in my generation to get more involved in the Home Builders Associations (HBA) and industry events. Spending time with leaders in the field who are willing to mentor and share their experience has helped me build a more full-circle understanding of what builders and vendors are facing.

What have you learned from those mentors?

I’ve learned more about market trends and the challenges builders experience by listening to panels and attending educational classes. That knowledge leads to more informed conversations and allows me to see the bigger picture. The more builders and tradespeople that get involved locally, the stronger and more connected our industry becomes.
