Pop Pop Pologruto’s Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 –Ripe Plum tomatoes

• 1- clove Garlic Diced

• 2- tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• A Dash of Salt and pepper

• 2 Dashes of Oregano

Directions

Chop up all the ingredients.

Mix well in a bowl.

Final step to serve on a Italian bread.
