What’s the best piece of advice someone has given you since starting your career?
Something is better than nothing. It’s easy to get caught up in the desire for perfection and wait until everything is just right before taking action. However, taking action and making progress, even if it’s just a small step, can be incredibly motivating and help you to build momentum toward your goals.
In what ways do you like to give back?
One charity that is particularly close to our hearts is Sunshine on a Ranney Day. This charity was founded by Peter and Holly Ranney in 2012 with the goal of renovating homes for families with children who have special needs or illnesses. Over the years, they’ve renovated dozens of homes and seen the positive impact that a safe and comfortable home can have on these families. It is incredibly rewarding to see how those projects can make a real difference in the lives of others.
